It's been awhile since we posted anything so here is pretty much everything from February. :)
| We got a new swing set! We custom designed it and made sure it had 4 places for swings to account for the two neighbor girls. It also has a sandbox underneath (no sand yet). Hopefully it will provide entertainment for years to come... |
| The option atop of Owen's list? A steering wheel. :) |
| Superbowl weekend, sledding down the iced over driveway. |
| Later that week it snowed FOR REAL. The kids had so much fun playing in it! |
| Grandma Cas and Aunt Marilyn came up to visit too... |
| It was Aunt Marilyn's Birthday. We had cupcakes but couldn't find any candles so we had to improvise. :) |
| The weather had been so lousy that we set up our tent in the basement to give the kids yet another indoor play option. |
| The Olympics were on too (see tv in the background). Elsie and I stayed up a few nights and had popcorn while we watched Snowboarding, Figure Skating, and Bobsled. Owen didn't get into them too much but did think Ski Jumping was pretty cool. |
| Typical Sunday morning |
| Since we don't have a sledding hill, Sarah made one. |
| Mouth full of snow! |
| Showing them how it's done... |
| Crash! |
| Having a ball! |
| And then there was Valentine's Day... |
| We each got homemade cards from Elsie |
| And homemade bracelets too... |
| The kids each got Octonauts! |
| We had to put our old pack 'n' play together and take pictures of it so we could sell it on the for sale board at work. Owen tested it out, but he is a little big for it. |
| Elsie had her friend Olivia over to play a couple of weeks ago. They had a great time playing dollhouse as you can see. |
| ...and speaking of too big, Owen moved into a big boy bed! He LOVES his fire engine sheets! |

| This is from a few weeks ago. While Elsie and I go to gymnastics, Sarah and Owen go on little adventures. This is a store at the Great Mall that is rented out by train hobbyists. They let people come in and check out their trains. No surprise that Owen seriously digs it. |
| And finally, here's a pic of Elsie on the high beam in gymnastics today! |
That pretty much covers it for February. Next weekend Owen turns 3 years old! Can't believe how fast he's growing up!
Later,
Ryan, Sarah, Elsie, and Owen
