Last weekend we made the jaunt back to Boonville. I met up with a few buddies for my first round of golf in over 3 years (we've been a little busy) and Sarah went to see Aaron and Katrina's little baby girl, Livia. That means that Grandma and Grandpa Cas got to babysit both kids all day. It was also Owen's first trip to Boonville since 4th of July weekend.
| Owen has started pulling up on things. He's quite content to stand and very proud of himself when he does. :) |
On Saturday evening we had a weenie roast and bonfire! It was lots of fun and we got to see some friends and family that we don't get to see very often, like Elsie's 2nd cousin Chase, who drove from a few houses down on his tractor.
| Chillin' with Owen before the party. |
Sunday morning we struck out early for Washington, MO to see Sarah's Grandma, and Elsie and Owen's Great Grandma Kampschroeder. We haven't see her in awhile because we don't make it to that side of the state very often, so this was her first time meeting Owen. She enjoyed our visit very much, as did we.
It's a big week in the Casanova household this week because Elsie starts pre-school today! She helped Mommy get all of her supplies together yesterday and we dropped her off this morning for her first day. She was a little nervous and quiet but there was a very nice girl there named Sophie who was going to show Elsie the ropes today. Looking forward to picking her up tonight and hearing all about it.
Hope everyone has a nice week!
Ryan, Sarah, Elsie, and Owen
