Sunday was our last chance to spend some quality family time together before the baby arrives, so we started it off by going to First Watch for breakfast together. After it had warmed up a little bit we went to the park, and we had it all to ourselves for some strange reason. Elsie was in heaven, running around screaming and blowing off steam after being stuck inside so much lately. She even climbed a ladder on the playground all by herself!
Later in the afternoon we got out some of Elsie's bigger baby items that we had stashed away when she outgrew them. She didn't completely remember her infant carrier but it felt strangely familiar to her so she decided to try it out. Yup, too big for it.
She was a little big for the bathtub too...
We can't wait for the baby to arrive! It's going to be lots of fun including a new little one in all of our weekend fun! Just a couple more days...
