Happy Holidays!
Hope everyone out there had a Merry Christmas. We sure did! It all started on the 23rd when we headed off to Grandma and Grandpa Casanova's house in Boonville. We had lunch and Elsie had a big nap before some friends and family came over for a get together.
Great Aunt Janice
Second cousins Chase...
As you can see the party got a little out of control...
Then it was bathtime and Grandma was all over it.
We celebrated Christmas in Boonville on the morning of the 24th. I got to be Santa!
Grandpa Cas got a camo snuggie!
After lunch we headed back to KC so we could be back in time for dinner and to get ready for Christmas day up here. On Christmas morning we came downstairs and saw that Santa had been VERY good to us! But before we could open presents Elsie had to eat breakfast and she used her new little table that Aunt Marilyn had gotten her.
PRESENT TIME!!!
Thomas The Train!
We had a great time opening presents and everyone got some things that they wanted/needed. In the evening it was off to Grandma and Grandpa Cox's house. The big gift of the night was slide!
Elsie must have gone down it 100 times before we left. She cried and cried while we were putting it away. I guess she didn't realize we were taking it home with us...
When I got home from the Chiefs game on Sunday I saw that Sarah had set it up in our living room (temporarily) for Elsie. Look at her go!
