First Easter!

This weekend was Elsie's first Easter and she sure was excited! The plan was to spend time on Friday with just the three of us, then head to Boonville on Saturday to see Grandma and Grandpa Casanova before visiting Grandma and Grandpa Cox on Sunday. Friday morning we got up early and went to First Watch for a yummy breakfast. Elsie was a doll, smiling at the other diners and just being cute in general. We hung out as a family all day, which was really nice and later that evening she supervised while Mommy baked cookies. Then it was off for a bath and bed before her big trip.

After we got to Boonville, Mommy and Daddy went for a bike ride on the Katy Trail while Grandma Casanova and Aunty Marilyn babysat. Then it was time for Elsie to put on Easter Dress #1. Absolutely precious!

Elsie worked up quite a sweat on her Easter Egg hunt, so Grandma Cas and Mommy gave her a bath in the kitchen sink!


We left Boonville and headed to Grandma and Grandpa Cox's for Easter lunch on Sunday. When we got there Elsie got changed into her Easter Dress #2.
