HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY TO ELSIE!!!

Elsie got to spend her birthday at home with us over Christmas break.

| After lunch at Jimmy John's (her #1 choice) we opened presents. Grandma and Grandpa Cox came over to join us. |

| Elsie got a lot of presents, including A BUNCH of Magic Treehouse books. |
 |
...and a new bike! This one has a front hand brake and pegs for doing tricks!
It was a cold day, but Elsie did take it out for a test drive. She did great! |

| Cookie cake was also by request. Sarah, once again, did a great job on the cake. |
 |
Alex, who decided to stick around for Elsie's birthday, was quite the party guy. The next morning he was gone. Back to the North Pole to be with his family. Hopefully he will be back again next year.

| Elsie's party was yesterday. Grandma Cas and Aunt Marilyn came up from Boonville and Grandma and Grandpa Cox came over too. We had lunch, then opened presents. After that it was time for the party! |

| This year Elsie wanted to have her party at a local gymnastics place. This is the same place that Elsie took gymnastics at last year. She invited all her friends from school to share in the fun! |

| It looks like she fell, but she's actually doing a flip! |

| It looks like he fell...because he did! Owen's foot slipped as he was pushing off and he did a face plant. Luckily, the foam cubes saved him and the only thing that was hurt was his pride. |
