It's Sarah's first Mother's Day! And over the course of the weekend we all got to show Sarah just how much we care. To begin the weekend, Grandma and Grandpa Cox took Sarah and Elsie out to breakfast at First Watch on Friday morning.
Before they got here, Elsie got all cleaned up.

On Saturday night, we went out to eat at Stroud's to celebrate Mother's Day. It is THE BEST chicken in Kansas City! On Sunday (Mother's Day), with all of our chores out of the way, we spent the day together as a family. We had lunch at Panera and then went to the mall to get some more clothes for Elsie. It was really nice to just relax for the whole day.
