Go Tigers!

We had a great weekend! Ryan took off early on Friday so we could spend some family time together. It was VERY windy out, but we went for a walk out at Heritage Park then settled in for a movie night at home.

Saturday was a big day full of visitors. Grandma and Grandpa Casanova stopped by along with Aunt Marilyn. They brought lunch and helped give Elsie a bath. Quite a sight to see the 6 of us all piled into our guest bathroom to get in on the action!

Saturday evening Aaron, Amber, Alan, and Emily stopped by to see Elsie. The guys all went up to race indoor go-karts and the girls all stayed home to play with Elsie who ended up napping on Amber's lap a good portion of the time that the guys were gone. I told Amber she was welcome to babysit anytime! Our guests were kind enough to pick up Jack Stack BBQ carryout for dinner, so we feasted like kings and queens. We had a great time, it was nice to see everyone and to spend some time together.

Sunday we spent a lazy day at home and tonight we're geared up for the big MU/KU game!
Ryan got home from work and we promptly gave Elsie a bath and got her decked out in her MU gear. The outfit is still a little big, but we wanted her feel like a true Tigers fan. We're looking forward to the game, GO TIGERS!!!

  1. Hey, a win is a win. It helps to wear the right shirts. Alan looks good holding Elsie. As for the cheering or screaming; either was appropriate for the first half. Keep the photos coming. JC

  3. I think that she was mad after finding out that she was held be a Jawhawk.
