Hello again!
With rain in the forecast for next weekend we decided to brave the 40 degree tempratures and go to the Powell Pumpkin Patch (out in the country south of KC) on Saturday morning. It was pretty chilly but it gave the kids a chance to try out their new coats. We had a lot of fun trapsing through the pumpkin patch in search of the perfect pumpkins. After we found our pumpkins we took a hayride and then hit the playground for a little bit before coming home for lunch. On Sunday we attended the Cox family reunion and got to see lots of family members and eat some tasty food. Also this morning, I ran a practice 5k for the Pumpkin Run which is next weekend. My pace was pretty slow, but I made it without walking, so I think I'm in ok shape for next week. And now for the pics...
